Housing Associations - Please read below if you are considering placing a bid on a housing association property. Please note you maybe subject to a financial assessment in accordance with the Housing associations policies.

Exceptions considered for carers of disabled tenants. If persepcetive tenant is employed 2 weeks rent is requested through cheque or postal order. If working part time it will be based on their current income and possible HB shortfall. If in receipt of HB, it will be £20 per month plus any shortfall due to excess income, deductions or personal service charge items.
