Accuracy of Information

Whilst Southwark and Housing Associations advertising properties make every effort to ensure that property adverts are accurate, they cannot accept responsibility for any errors. Properties advertised may on occasion have to be withdrawn: for example if a surveyor reports that extensive works are required, or a current tenant’s plans to vacate fall through. Southwark and Housing Associations also reserve the right to withdraw advertised properties for other reasons at any time, without notice. Wherever possible property images will be of the actual property being advertised, on occasion images of similar properties may be used.
